Vanderbilt University's Athletics department hired Emma's design services team to create some targeted emails that would specifically let football season ticket holders know details about upcoming games and thank them/ask them for feedback after they'd attended a game. It's a nice approach that will help them stay in contact with their fans and better personalize their experience.
